Joining the firm in 2000, Sarah is a shareholder and point person for tax strategies and Research & Experimentation Tax Credits at Clayton & McKervey. As the leader for the firm?s tax practice, she leads the effort to help business owners and executive teams with tax consulting and compliance, looking for big-picture solutions to advise clients on global operational structuring, foreign tax credit utilization, and tax treaty analysis. Sarah is instrumental to the firm?s manufacturing, distribution and industrial automation practice groups, and values the opportunity to collaborate with clients on tax strategies which support long-term growth.
